The Ways I Make Money…

hoboThis website will be dedicated to the ramblings of me trying to make money. The point of this site is just to provide different ways and ideas of how to make money. I personally believe there are lots of ways to make money. You just need to do some research, find out what works out for you, and then do it.

Right now I have four ways I make money…

First is my regular day job. I make good money at a very great job. Due to the sensitive nature of my job I will not be writing too much about it (but with a little bit of searching through Google you can probably figure it out).

The second form of income I have is my personal business. I am the sole proprietor of John Pedroza’s Mobile Documentation Services. Not a big business but I have a lot of fun with it. If you need a website, documents prepared, or some English/Spanish translation please contact me.

The third way I make money is through my e-bay store. I like using stuff, but I also like getting rid of stuff. There is only so much stuff one person can use so why not recycle it for a few dollars, right?  If you want to buy my stuff please click HERE.

The fourth way I make money are through my blogs. Including this blog, I have lots of blogs out on the Internet (personal, inspirational, etc.). It is kind of like spinning plates. I build them up, monetize them, and then start a new one. I don’t make much money this way, but I have fun creating new content.

The fifth and last way I currently make money is from stocks. I have had a 403b (a type of 401K account) for many years, but in 2011 I took an extra $200 dollars I had and invested in three stocks ($F, $FORD, and $CAMP). In the beginning I just lost money, but starting in 2013 I have started to make significant profits (enough so that now taxes are really confusing). Stock trading is fun, but it is definitely a roller coaster ride.

Despite all these money making ideas I am by no means rich, yet. Yes, I said yet. I know everyone thinks I am a dreamer and for the most part I am, but those that know me know I can be very determined when I want to be. I believe it is all about the journey. Too many people think they are going to get by with only one revenue stream. This is not a good plan. We live in a world that is constantly changing. The chances that you will be doing the same thing now ten years from now are VERY SLIM. Change will happen you cannot do anything about that. The best you can hope for is to hold onto the “oar” and make the journey a little more comfortable.
