US State Capitols: Jackson, Mississippi

Jackson, Mississippi is an interesting place. It’s history is mixed up with the racial controversy of a struggle of black versus white, but the funny thing about that is today both of those groups are becoming a minority to the increasingly growing multi-ethnic groups. A good example of this was Keifer’s, which is an excellent Mediterranean restaurant.
