We arrived in Austin and went directly to the capital building with our bags. Which kind of surprised the troopers  because we had so many bags with us. I saw three confederate statues on the capital grounds,  which was also kind of weird. There were several instances in the Capitol building where they referred to the civil war as a revolution.
