As a family we like to read books, but we have a small house. For this reason alone libraries are very important for our family. Crestline is a very nice little town in that we are very community oriented. The biggest thing in town these days is the new library. It is a very prominent piece of metal, in a town that has very little metal (most things in our town are made out of wood).
Thanks to an invite by our local librarian Janette we were able to sign one of the support beams. It was basically a fund raising event for the library. After signing the beam we were served a little breakfast. In all it was a nice event and a good way to see all of our neighbors.
Ah, Denise, always enjoy your blogs. Keep it up.
